Weekly Prize - Bottle of Wine

The weekly prize is awarded to the competitor with the most number of correct tips whose predicted tie-breaker is most accurate.  If even after the tie-breaker there is still more than one winner then the weekly prize is awarded to the tipper who completed their tips earliest.
