Q:
How do I join the competition?
A:
1. Select “Register” on the Home page.
2. Fill in the required details - please make sure your email address is correct.
3. You will be sent a confirmation email with your Tipper ID.
Q:
I’ve joined the competition, but haven’t received an email.
A:
This is most likely because of one of two things.
1. When you joined the competition you were asked for your email address so what we could email you an initial password. If you haven’t received the email, it’s most likely you typed your email address incorrectly. Join again and be very careful with your typing! Don’t worry if your name appears twice in the Competition Ladder – We’ll remove the incorrect one within a couple of weeks.
2. Your email server could be having a bad day. We send the email as soon as you join, but sometimes there can be a (lengthy) delay before an email is delivered.
Q:
I’ve forgotten my password? Help!
A:
1. Go to “Login” on the Home page.
2. Select “Forgotten your Password?” link halfway down the page.
3. You can use this screen to reset your password. Enter either your TipperID or your competition email address and we will email you a link that you can use to reset your password.
Q:
How do I change my password?
A:
1. Click “My Details” on the Home page.
2. Click on the change password link at the top of the page.
3. Enter your old and new password and an optional prompt phrase in case of forgetfulness.
Q:
I need to change my contact details
A:
Once you login, you can then click on "My Details" and change any details. Please remember that your correct contact details must be registered with us or you risk losing any prize you may win.
Q:
Can I tip future rounds?
A:
Yes, you can. On the “Enter My Tips” page, the current round will be shown. You can use the round selector at the top of the screen to select a future round and can then enter tips for that round.
