Terms & Conditions
The Promoter and the Administrator.
The Promoter of the competition is Coomealla Club, PO Box 42, Dareton, NSW, 2717. The Administrator of the promotion is Footy Tipping Software Pty Ltd of 10 Orrong Road, Elsternwick, Victoria, 3185, ABN 13 076 086 314.
Who Can Enter.
Entry into the promotion is open to Members of the Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club Limited who are 18 years and over. Directors, management, employees and immediate family of the promoter or administrator may enter the competition and are eligible to win prizes.
Who Cannot Enter.
All persons under 18 years of age. Non Coomealla Memorial Sporting Club Members are ineligible to enter the competition or suspended members.
Entry Fee.
The competition entry fee is $30 which is payable before Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 4.00pm AEDT. Entry is not valid until acceptance of the conditions and payment are received. NO late entries will be accepted.
Promotional Material.
Upon registration, participants agree to receive promotional & marketing material from the promoter.
Privacy Policy.
All personal information collected by entering this competition will not be given/sold to any third party under any circumstances unless required by law.
Competition Start and Finish.
The promotion commences prior to the first round of the Australian Football League Home and Away season and concludes upon the completion of the final game of the Home and Away season.
Administration of the Competition.
The promoter may send emails from time to time with updates. The promoter will not be held responsible for any emails that are not delivered to any participant. Participants should not rely on any reminders from the promoter.
Tips lodgement.
Tips can only be entered in the competition through the tipping competition website. The promoter takes no responsibility for your inability to access the competition website. Tips close at 6.00pm (AEST) the day of the first game of the round. Tips may be made
IN PERSON
at the Coomealla Club Reception by 6.00pm (AEST) the day of the first game of the round.
No phone or fax entries will be accepted by the Coomealla Club.
Tips must be lodged before the commencement of the entire round.
Points Allocation
Points awarded for a Correctly Tipped win: 1
Points awarded for a losing selection or a draw: 0
Default Tips.
Participants who fail to enter tips will be awarded the Lowest Score of that Round. Participants who fail to select a round are not eligible for the Weekly Prize.
Prizes.
As listed on the competition Prizes page.
Payment of Prizes.
All weekly and major prizes will be paid in the week after Round 24 (final round of the Home and Away games) and will be available from Coomealla Club Reception.
Dispute Resolution.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter is final. No responsibility is taken for lost, or misdirected, registrations and/or weekly tips.
Enter Only Once.
Participants may not enter more than one registration. The promoter reserves the right to determine that a person has made more than one registration, and to disqualify any such person from the competition, or to delete entries so that only one entry remains.
